Yes! in fact, it's a great way for you to learn about exercise and fitness and nutrition, as you'll have someone knowledgeable teaching you right from the start. I also started from square one after having three kids and deciding I needed to get in shape for my mental and physical well being.
Not if you don't want to! Each client has different preferences, goals and flexibility. I like to work with my clients in my home, in their homes, and outdoors whenever possible! The options for your workouts and training can be as flexible as you need them to be. We also provide online consultations for at home workouts and nutrition advice.
It all depends on you! We'll go at your pace to reach your goals. How fast we do that depends on the time and effort you have to put in!
